Cpture know NX2 software very well and I have never seen anything like this before. It's not a replacement for Capture NX2, though, because it's far less powerful.

You want the JPEG from the vivid or the neutral or the landscape picture control? In fact, my Topaz filters would not work correctly on the AMD based computer either and are trouble free on the intel based computer.

On the same note, how many more people would use CNX2 if it had more plug-ins that would avoid the need to import images into Adobe or others and reduce the need for file duplication. Regarding NX2, I believe the problem is hardware. Nikon retain ownership of the Manual and all copies thereof and all related intellectual property rights, and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement.

Certainly any completely new software will take at least three years to produce. Of course, it requires you to find a grey spot in the picture. I am no expert, but it screams 'hardware problem' to me. Capture NX-D can carry out sophisticated and wide-ranging adjustments, from automatic lens corrections with Nikon lenses to subtle selective colour shifts.

Thank you for all your effort Avio and of course everyone elseit's very much appreciated I looked at your image and I presume the problem is the interlace lines at the bottom of the picture. This also goes for other Image processing software.

Capture NX

Never capturw to me before either, too bad on such a nice image. I have tried Nik's U-point on Photoshop and it seemed to work pretty good, but it was an old version. We may be unable to respond to inquiries from individuals who have not purchased our products.

I also played with the NEF myself and could not get that smooth transition from bright to mid tones as I see in the LR render.

The ending of the relationship with Nik will be all part of this strategy.
